Terms of delivery briefly:
1. Products have a 14-day return policy.
2. The product that is in stock has a delivery time of 3-14 working days. If the ordered product has exceptionally run out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately. We send 99% orders that includes products in stock the same day we receive the order.
3. If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer, or the product is defective, the consumer must immediately notify the customer service of the greentrail.eu online store either by e-mail info@greentrail.eu or by telephone.

4. greentrail.eu is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, difficult or delayed due to a circumstance beyond greentrail.eu's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, customs official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar Greentrail.eu online store operations. aggravating or dissuasive. More detailed delivery terms
1. Delivery time
We always ship products ordered before 3 pm on weekdays during the same working day. Delivery time for our products is 1-14 working days depending on third party shipping company. We always strive for delivery as soon as possible. If we notice any exceptions to the delivery times, we will contact them directly as soon as possible, either by phone or e-mail. We deliver 99% of orders the next business day.
The delivery time for order products is about 5-30 working days. Ordered products are ordered separately from the importer or manufacturer. If the order has products that are immediately available in stock and order products, the order will only be delivered when all products are available. Delays independent of the Green Trail may occur during Corona deliveries.
2. Delivery methods
We use Finnish post office to send your order. After the parcel leaves finnish borders the package will be carried by your local shipping/postal company or the partner of finnish post office. Delivery time is usually between 3-14 days but there can be delays because of COVID-19
- Posti Parcel Baltic (starting from 7,90€)
Available to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Posti Parcel Baltic items are delivered for pick-up by the recipient or to the address depending on the practices of the destination country. The delivery of the item is recorded. Items will not be delivered to post office box or Poste restante addresses.
- Posti Parcel Connect (starting from 9,90€)
Parcel Connect Parcel to Europe Deliveries to the doorstep or to pickup points, depending on the country, including Saturdays. You will receive an advance notification as well as an SMS once the parcel has arrived. Parcels will be delivered to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary, Luxemburg, Slovenia, Slovakia and Portugal.
- Parcel Connect Bulky
Bulky additional service is used when Parcel Connect shipment is over 120 x 60 x 60 cm. With Bulky measurements can be up to: 200 cm with the length and circumference max. 360 cm. It helps us to deliver bigger size of parcels.
The size of package will influence to the shipping cost and you will see the final price of delivery in checkout!
3. Prices and product information
The prices of the products are visible on the product cards and the prices include VAT. The prices in the price list do not include transport costs but are determined by the chosen delivery method. Prices apply to products ordered through greentrail.fi. All product and price information is without obligation and greentrail.fi and Green Trail Oy, reserve the right to change the prices of the products, and reserve the right to sell out the products. If the transaction is canceled due to delivery difficulties, the seller's liability is limited to the cancellation and cancellation of the transaction.
4. Payment methods
Klarna Checkout
With Klarna Checkout you can use common credit and bank cards or Klarna finance.
To make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide:
- Your phone number
- Email Address
- Current billing address
- A valid debit/credit card
We recommend that if you are new to Klarna and you haven’t used Klarna’s payment options before, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address (where your bank account is registered). This maximises the chances of your purchase being accepted.
All information will be sent to your email address, so it is important you provide the right contact details. If you do not receive your statements you may become liable for late payment fees.

4. Returning or exchanging product
The products have a full 14 day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. 1 exchange per order free of charge.
The return must be notified in advance by e - mail to info@greentrail.eu or by phone at +35815348445 (Mon - Fri 9.00 - 17.00 and Sat 10-13, Sun CLOSED). For return you must request a Parcel Connect Return address card from customer service. You can get this by calling us on +35815348445 or by sending an email to info@greentrail.eu. The address card will be sent to you by e-mail for you to print it out and glue it to the side of the returning package. The package must then be delivered to the same place where you picked it up or to your local post office. NOTE! Non-retrievable package is not a refund! We charge a € 20 service fee for non-refundable returnable packages. Refunds are handled after we receive the returning order.
The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. Delivery costs do not have to be paid in this case.
However, in your notice, please kindly indicate:
- Reason for return (if damaged or wrong product)
- Name and order numberDo you just want to return the product and get the money back into your account or do you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or incorrect product (and refund any difference).
- The refund / refund will take place according to the original payment method
5. Complaints
All complaints related to the order or delivery should be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to: info@greentrail.eu and call +35815348445.
6. Cancellation of the order
The customer can cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to info@greentrail.eu and by calling +35815348445. Usually we will notify our customers by e-mail or telephone if the delivery time differs from the normal one. Greentrail.fi also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.
