The guide is 40 pages long and full of valuable first aid tips from medical professionals and is written by Dr. R. Hulsebosch. The guide clearly explains medical situations, what to do and which first aid products to use to treat the victim. The guide also explains some common first aid instructions, such as the Heimlich maneuver and Ruatek, CPR, wound care instructions and proper bandaging.

On the back of the first aid kit you will find the contents in four languages ​​with pictures. In small bags outside our first aid kits you can store your own things, such as medicines.
