Ordering instructions
Buying from Green Trail webshop is quick and easy. Once you have found the product you want to buy, click on the "ADD TO CART" button next to the product and the product will go into the shopping cart. You can see the contents of the shopping cart from the drop-down menu at the top right of the page. You can continue searching for products and add them to your shopping cart whenever you want.
1. Ordering
To order the products in the shopping cart, press the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button to go to the shopping cart and the order form. First, check the contents of your Shopping Cart to make sure it matches what you want to order. At this point, you can still change the quantities of products or add / remove products from the shopping cart.
If you still want to continue your shopping, select the link "<< Back to the store" at the top left of the page.
The minimum order limit from the online store is 30 €
2. Discount Codes and Gift Cards
If you have received a discount code or gift card into our webshop, it will be entered in the “SUMMARY” box on the right side of the order page in the “Have you received a discount code or gift card? Click here ”. Be sure to check the spelling as well as activate the code, no discounts will be granted retrospectively. Please note that you can only enter one discount code or gift card at a time.
If the discount code or gift card is not activated, the code may be out of date. E-commerce discount codes are generally valid for 1-2 days from their issuance. E-commerce Gift Cards are valid for 6 months.
3. Payer and payee information
When you are ready to continue the order, the payer's information will be given next, as well as the recipient's information if the order is received by another person. Please remember to provide a valid e-mail address and telephone number so that the order confirmation and tracking code will be received.
If you wish, you can enter more information related to your order in the “Free-form message related to your order” field.
4. Methods of delivery
We use Finnish post office to send your order. After the parcel leaves finnish borders the package will be carried by your local shipping/postal company or the partner of finnish post office. Delivery time is usually between 3-14 days.
Posti Parcel Baltic (starting from 7,90€)
Available to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Posti Parcel Baltic items are delivered for pick-up by the recipient or to the address depending on the practices of the destination country. The delivery of the item is recorded. Items will not be delivered to post office box or Poste restante addresses.
Posti Parcel Connect (starting from 9,90€)
Parcel Connect Parcel to Europe Deliveries to the doorstep or to pickup points, depending on the country, including Saturdays. You will receive an advance notification as well as an SMS once the parcel has arrived. Parcels will be delivered to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary, Luxemburg, Slovenia, Slovakia and Portugal.
Parcel Connect Bulky
Bulky additional service is used when Parcel Connect shipment is over 120 x 60 x 60 cm. With Bulky measurements can be up to: 200 cm with the length and circumference max. 360 cm. It helps us to deliver bigger size of parcels.
The size of package will influence to the shipping cost and you will see the final price of delivery in checkout!
5. Method of payment
Klarna Checkout - With Klarna Checkout you can use common credit and bank cards or Klarna finance.
To make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide:
Your phone number
Email Address
Current billing address
A valid debit/credit card
We recommend that if you are new to Klarna and you haven’t used Klarna’s payment options before, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address (where your bank account is registered). This maximises the chances of your purchase being accepted.
All information will be sent to your email address, so it is important you provide the right contact details. If you do not receive your statements you may become liable for late payment fees.

6. Confirm the order
When all of the above steps have been completed successfully, click the "Go to pay" or "Submit order" button
