BRIEF: Heat Decibullz thermoplastic molds in boiled water for 5 minutes. Let them cool for at least 30 seconds, then shape them to fit your ears. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from ear. If you don't get them to fit perfectly the first time, you can always reshape them. Always read the detailed user manual before using the product.
