The Orka Hybrid Shad is an innovative jig model designed by Markus Huovinen (YouTube: Kalastusta Pohjois-Savosta), which combines the body shape of the Orka Shad jig and the V-tail of the Orka Small Fish jig. The idea came about on an ice fishing trip when Markus cut off the V-tail of a Small Fish jig and attached it to the body of an Orka Shad. Already the first tests showed that the Hybrid Shad is an extremely effective ice fishing jig, especially for large perch and zander.

In combination with the ruthless Ice Jig Head, the Hybrid Shad swims like a balance jig and slides sideways. This swimming, which imitates a wounded stingray, will irritate predatory fish into attacking with a vengeance!
Also effective for summer fishing

In summer, the Orka Hybrid Shad works great with a Slim Keeper or Stand Up jig head. Especially when fish prefer a stationary slide jig, the Hybrid Shad is a foolproof choice.
