DAIWA J-BRAID EXPEDITION – an even better braided line

J-Braid is now even better – we introduce the J-BRAID EXPEDITION. The line is made from the same popular IZANAS fiber, but with the addition of Daiwa's new silicone-based "Coating PE" technology, which makes the line even smoother, more slippery and water-repellent. This increases the durability of the line and improves the feel when fishing.

J-BRAID EXPEDITION does not absorb water, nor does silt or sediment in the water, which is the biggest cause of wear on braided lines. Thanks to its water-repellent construction, EXPEDITION lasts longer than traditional braided lines – and offers better performance and more value for money.

The benefits don't stop there – the very dense braid gives the EXPEDITION line a very round profile that does not fray or break during use. Daiwa's reputation as the manufacturer of the world's best braided fishing lines is further strengthened with this new product.
