The new Caldia retains the characteristics of the reputation it has earned over the years and takes them to a new level: exceptional lightness, excellent finish and – not least – a sleek and elegant design. The body material is still ZAION V monocoque, but now it has all the technical innovations that the AIRDRIVE DESIGN structure brings. The concept, originally introduced in the top model 22 EXIST, has gradually spread to other series, and now the Caldia also benefits from it – especially in terms of the rotor, spool, handle and line roller. The braking system has also been improved: the ATD-L is very soft when absorbing the fish's first attacks, but becomes firmer and stops the fish effectively.

• The new Airdrive rotor, made of ZAION V, is more symmetrical and balanced than ever, designed to minimize weight and rotational mass.
  

AIRDRIVE BAIL

• Ultra-modern, extremely light and durable bail in solid tube. The special design combined with the new Twist Buster 3 roller makes line control very effective and significantly reduces the risk of tangles.
  

AIRDRIVE SPOOL

• Redesigned and lightweight line spool that maximizes line flow and prevents line tangling during winding, especially thanks to the new bottom profile.
