A new spinner! The Spinner Chatty has a spinnerbait style spinner design. It has a spinner mechanism familiar from spinnerbait and a weight of 10g. It has an offset hook where you can put a jig if you want. The hook is attached with a lure ring, so you can use another hook or, for example, a fly.
